Section 1

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the 88pct platform and its users. By using the 88pct website and services, you unconditionally agree to abide by these terms.

To use 88pct services, each user must create a personal account. Each person may hold only one account. Maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• It is your responsibility to keep your identity, age, and contact information up to date.
• If false information is provided, 88pct reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any deposited funds.
• The name, date of birth, and payment details used when registering an account must all belong to the same person.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Any activity carried out through your account will be treated as having been performed by you. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the 88pct support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

88pct may at any time request documents for identity verification (national ID card, passport, or similar government-issued document). Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. This is part of our commitment to preventing fraud and money laundering.

To create an account and use any service on 88pct, a user must be at least 21 years old. If an age discrepancy is found, the account will be closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited.

3.1 Geographic Restrictions

88pct primarily provides services to users in Bangladesh. However, services may be restricted in certain areas due to local regulations. Residents of areas where online gaming is legally prohibited may not use this platform.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Only one active account is permitted per household, device, or IP address. If multiple accounts are detected, bonuses will be cancelled and all associated accounts may be permanently closed.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods may be used to deposit funds into 88pct: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Funds deposited into an account must come only from the payment method registered to that account.

• Using third-party accounts or payment methods is prohibited.
• If a technical issue occurs during a deposit, you must notify the support team immediately.
• 88pct does not charge any additional fees on deposits, though the payment provider may apply its own fees.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method originally used for the deposit.

• Account verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before winnings earned from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• In cases of fraud or suspicious activity, 88pct reserves the right to suspend or cancel a withdrawal.
• Any pending bonus conditions on the withdrawable balance must be fulfilled first.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on 88pct are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Foreign currency conversion or multi-currency features are not available.

88pct provides various bonuses and promotional offers that are subject to specific terms. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳8,000 or more gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotional offer has its own validity period — once expired, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the conditions are met.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, device, or IP address.
• 88pct reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account and all winnings will be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

88pct has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver members up to 0.5%, and Gold members up to 0.8%. Users can gradually advance to higher tiers based on regular activity.

Section 6

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on 88pct. These rules apply equally to all cricket betting, slots, fishing games, live casino, and other games.

6.1 Bet Validity

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a system error caused it.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 88pct reserves the right to void that bet.
• Betting closes once an event has started, except during live betting sessions.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. 88pct is committed to ensuring fair play. If you have an objection to a game result, you must notify support within 24 hours.

6.3 Restrictions

88pct reserves the right to set or adjust betting limits for any user. Accounts may be reviewed if unusual betting patterns or any attempt to gain a strategic advantage is detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 88pct and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Using coordinated betting strategies (arbitrage, bonus abuse) to exploit the bonus system.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or gain any technical advantage.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Betting or managing an account using third-party funds.
• Any form of money laundering activity.
• Collusion (coordinating with other players).

Section 8

All content on the 88pct website — logos, designs, graphics, software, text, audio, video, and other elements — is the intellectual property of 88pct or its respective content providers.

8.1 Usage Restrictions

• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content from 88pct without written permission is prohibited.
• The 88pct brand name, logo, or trademarks may not be used without permission.
• Viewing pages and limited printing for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.

Section 9

88pct accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Problems caused by faults in the user's own device or software.
• Disruptions to third-party payment provider services.
• User negligence or unintended bets.
• Unexpected server maintenance or outages.

9.1 Service Continuity Guarantee

88pct always strives to ensure maximum uptime, but no technical system can guarantee 100% uninterrupted service. Services may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance periods.

Section 10

10.1 By the User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Before the account is closed, any pending bets must be settled and the valid balance, including winnings, may be withdrawn.

10.2 By 88pct

88pct reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a user's account for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Providing false information.
• Account inactivity (if there has been no activity for an extended period).
• A self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.

In the event of account cancellation, if there is evidence of a terms violation, funds and winnings may be forfeited.
